Dear Parents,


This year is just flying by.  We have done so much and found we can even do more.  The students have been working hard and their hard work is showing.  They have come into their own, they work independently and ask for help when they need it.  On May 3rd the Second Grade received their First Holy Communion.  We are so proud of them and how well they did on their special day.  God Bless our Students.

• Parents child will be doing their oral report on their Animals on Wednesday, May14th.  They can work on this project in school and at home.

• We will be going on a Class trip in May 20th.  Permission slip and money are due. 

• GYM is now on Tuesday

• We will start to work on our Animal Research Papers.

• Library Books will stay in school for this project.

• Please encourage your children to read everyday.  

• Have your child study Spelling words during the week.

• Please make sure folders are emptied at night.  

• Please make sure children have their lunches and snacks packed every day.
  
  
  

• Students will be learning how to write a research paper on their favorite animal.  The children picked their own animal to research.  Books will remain in their desks.
• Each child has a paper with the complete ABC's in cursive for them to practice at home.
• We will be learning to tell time.   Coming very soon....  Be ready
