your slips are returned! Here are a few hints and recipes.

Fruit Kebobs
Wooden sticks for kebobs

med banana-cut in thick slices

sm. Apple cut in thick chunks or slices

med. Strawberries sliced in half

pineapple chunks
Chocolate pudding
Raspberry yogurt
Place fruit on kebobs then dip into chocolate pudding or
raspberry yogurt. Have fun and enjoy the benefits!
Estimate that probably 1 ½ kebob is 1 fruit serving
Serving size guidelines- the following=1 serving of fruit
¾ c.
(6oz) 100% fruit juice (except for apple cider 6oz.=2
fruits)
