WELCOME BACK GRADE 5!

Once again, we are back at school looking forward to an exciting and challenging new year. We hope your summer was enjoyable and restful and that you are now eager to meet the many new adventures in learning.

 Now that each of you has made the long trip from the first floor to the “upstairs” floor, you will find that we will be preparing you for the middle school demands. Our curriculum, along with the many exciting projects that are planned for this year should make the transition an easy one.

I look forward to meeting each parent on Back to School Night on October 6th.  You will be able to view an array of summer book reports around the classroom as well as short stories and an artistic rendition of their summer memories.  In the hallway, you will be able to view “All About Me”, a project that allows you to see what your child is all about!

As your child’s teacher, I want to thank each of you for entrusting your son/daughter with me and choosing St. Jerome School.  Together we will work to achieve personal growth and academic excellence.

We look forward to many great things in 5^th grade!
